I am sure that by now you have seen Redstone Federal Credit Union's new look and fresh logo design. Updating our look was a huge step for us. A step we believe was necessary as we move toward our new goals and future successes. Beyond the new look, we hope that you can feel the excitement this new year brings. Because of you – our loyal members – Redstone is stronger than ever. We're serving more people and offering a more complete line-up of products and services than ever before. With the start of a new year, you may be wondering, "What's next for Redstone in 2017?" Well, I'm glad you asked. Additional branches, more member givebacks, and enhanced products and services are coming this year. A significant portion of that branch expansion will occur in Murfreesboro, Tenn., where we already have one branch. Murfreesboro, home to Middle Tennessee State University, is an ideal place to grow. It has a population of 121,000, a large veterans' presence and is a wonderful complement to our Fayetteville, Tenn., branch. During this past year, we added low-cost money services, online chat, and digital wallet to our products and services offerings. We pride ourselves in keeping pace with online and in-branch advancements. "We brighten members' lives!" at's not just a slogan, it's our promise. In practical terms, to "brighten members' lives" means to enrich your life and help you reach your financial goals. It's providing amazing customer service by listening to you and treating you as a person and not as a sales quota. We believe that's the formula for a happy Redstone member – this year and every year! from the CEO p.4 | New Year, New Branch Look p.6 | Growth Spurt in 2017 p.8 | Communit y Development p.11 | Review Your Severe Weather Plans p.13 | Video Interview Tips for Millennials p.15 | Member's Moment Send your comment s, suggestions or questions to: ASPIRE@REDFCU.ORG Facebook.com/RedstoneFCU Twitter.com/redstonefcu Editor: Patricia Dedrick Lloyd TABLE OF CONTENTS 6 13 2 | r e d f c u.o r g
