Hotel Room, Spa Reservations
The FEDA resort standard room rate is $305 per night, single or
double. This rate is subject to applicable state and local taxes and
includes a guest room, high-speed Internet access, fi tness center
access and self-parking.
Hotel reservations must be made directly through the JW Marriott
San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa. Please do not send your
hotel form to FEDA. This will only delay securing a room reserva-
tion. The deadline to reserve your room is February 24. After this
date, it will be on a fi rst-come, fi rst-serve basis. Be sure to mention
you are with the FEDA block. For reservations, call 877-622-3140

To cancel a room reservation, call the hotel directly. To make spa
reservations, call the Lantana Spa directly at 210-276-2300 after
January 1 but no later than January 25 to avoid disappointment.
Convention Registration and Cancellation
Convention registrations should arrive at the FEDA offi ce in Elgin,
Ill., by February 24. A full refund will be allowed for cancellations
by February 24. After February 24, a 50 percent refund will be
allowed for cancellations and no refund offered after March 15.
Please Note: Failure to notify FEDA of a cancellation before the
cancellation dates will result in convention fees due in full. Failure
to pay said fees will preclude future attendance by company. To
cancel your FEDA Convention registration, you must contact the
FEDA offi ce directly in writing.
For a complete schedule of the 2017 FEDA Convention, visit
www.feda.com. Here you also will fi nd advance information on
the convention. The week of February 27, we will begin to post a
list of convention registrants to date. February 24 is the deadline
for both reserving your room and registering for the convention.
This is resort-high season, so we advise you to reserve your room(s)
well before February 24 to ensure your reservation. For more

Travel Tips
The FEDA Convention occurs during peak season and overlaps
some spring breaks, so plan to make your fl ight arrangements
early. Ground transportation options between the San Antonio
International Airport and the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country
Resort & Spa is included in the mailed registration materials. If you
