Lee and Dick Trotter opened Trotter's Antiques in 1965 and their storefront on the corner of Forest and Laurel Avenues in Pacific Grove was a landmark for many years, a mecca for antique lovers worldwide. Mrs. Trotter retired and Mr. Trotter passed away in 2015, but their son Terry carries on their passion and zeal for the finely crafted articles of the past. "I've been around this business almost all my life," Terry Trotter says. "I got hands-on training in every aspect of the busi- ness from my parents."
