The 2015 Inaugural issue of Portfolio was released featuring the beginnings of a brilliant interpretation of Old West history in oil. This year's cover reveals not only the completed artwork but the artist (page 16) be- hind the masterpiece. This stunning oil on linen, "The Explorer", will be auctioned off at the Saturday night Auction during the Out West Art Show with all of the proceeds given to the Young Maters Program.
