Bottle packaging system
Uniline monoblock packaging system includes container loader, optional desiccant
inserter, conveyor, counter-filler, optional Lasko cotton inserter, capper, coder,
metal detector, rejection system, and optional containment unit. It handles 12,000
tablets or capsules per minute and fills as many as 150 bottles per minute. Swift-
pharm counter-filler has lightweight, removable product-contact parts so you can
quickly clean between products. Absence of product-specific parts also speeds
changeover. Pick-and-place, servo-controlled capper handles challenging caps. Sys-
tem positions each container inside dedicated housing, continuously tracks bottles,
and conducts in-process checks to ensure package quality. It uses Allen-Bradley or
Siemens machine controls. Company also offers tabletop check counters, high-
speed slat fillers, electronic tablet counter-fillers, and blister packaging systems.
