he ACF Monterey Bay Chapter recently honored Arlene Mead as their 2017 Chef of the Year at the 43rd Annual President's Gala at the
InterContinental -The Clement. Auctions raised money to fund the Marc H. Vedrines Scholarship for local educational programs at MEarth.
Honorees included Dorothy Maras, President's Award; Bill Cox/US Foods, Purveyor of the Year ; and Chef Marc H. Vedrines, Founding ACF President.
