The future of medical education is now. The 21st century medical student learns differently than his or her predecessors. Team-based active learning, virtual anatomy resources and patient simulation mannequins have enhanced the student experience.
We are renovating and modernizing educational space in the historic College of Medicine West Tower to include updated technology, study space and classrooms that will easily adapt to a team-based learning curriculum.
Your gift to the annual fund in support of the Educational Learning Center at Polk Street will ensure future Illinois Medicine students will continue to receive a world-class education in a world-class facility. In addition to annual support, there are opportunities to enhance the future of medical education and have a lasting impact on generations of Illinois Medicine physicians by making a transformative gift.
Giving opportunities for named interactive classrooms range from $250,000 – $500,000. Other designated spaces range from $50,000 – $200,000.
