ert Star Horse Industries sees this event
as an opportunity to accelerate the devel-
opment of Ordos becoming a Thorough-
bred horse breeding and racing center,
being promoted to the world as a horse
industry hub, and establishing Ordos as
the 'horse capital' of China."
On site, locals were joined by industry
leaders from Australia, Britain, Cyprus,
Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Malaysia, New
Zealand, Russia, Singapore, South Africa,
Switzerland, Trinidad and Tobago and the
United States, who all watched as history
was made on the track.
Between the four races, two were won
by international riders, while two were
claimed by Chinese jockeys. Although
Australia's Daniel Moor, South Africa's
Sherman Bowman, and China's Liu San-
ping all proved compelling winners in
the Anglo Hibernian CECF International
Breeders' Cup, 1436 CECF North Dako-
ta Classic, and Sir Owen Glenn Genghis
Khan Cup, respectively, the moment of
the day came in the Australian Turf Club
CECF Champions Cup.
