WHICH WAY IS UP?
Would it please be possible for you to consider
alternating the orientation of the posters, or at
least providing some more portrait ones so that
we can happily display them?

We have generally found it is easier to capture
photos of our animals in landscape as opposed
to portrait, but understand some members may
prefer a bit of variety. We will aim to get a mix
of both landscape and portrait photos for the
poster in future.

I had difficulty finding where to log onto the
member section of the zoo website.

Thanks for your feedback. We are always
looking at how we can make the website more
user friendly. Zoo Members can log in to check
their account details and preferences via
zoo.org.au/members but we are also looking at
having something more visible so you can easily
access it from the zoo home page. We will keep
you in the loop as we're able to make
these changes.
