That little cafe was Graze Market and Cafe in Winchester,
which de Villiers opened in September 2013 after nine
months with Bellinis. Ever-passionate about respect for
the animal and supporting local farmers, de Villiers and his
partners started out by teaming up with local farmers and
taking the excess cuts of meat they couldn't sell. The original
