Don't let the heartiness of the appetizers stop you from
indulging in a main course. As Chef de Villiers himself said,
you can take it home and keep talking about Graze the next
day, and that's exactly what I did on my first visit with my
chicken curry which--with its mixture of chicken and rice
with the likes of bananas, coconut, red onions and garbanzo
was comfort food at its finest–and on my second visit with
the short rib ragout garnished with gnocchi, carrots and
mushrooms. Non-meat-eaters won't be shut out at Graze
either; one of my friends enjoyed the snapper with Spanish
rice, peppers, onions and garlic lime butter with a two-thumbs
up review, while a vegetarian linguine was also featured on
the menu.
