Heidi has been in the Outdoor Hospitality industry her entire life, growing up on a
resort in Northern Wisconsin. It was an easy transition moving to the Campground
and RV park industry, 5 years ago. You will find Heidi at many national trade shows
and conventions, listening to and interacting with park owners. She works out
of our Madison, Wisconsin office, specializing in excellent customer service and
competitive pricing.

Paul Croteau has been with the company for five years. He has been in the
electrical industry for over 30 years. His engineering, manufacturing and sales
background has made him an invaluable asset to the RV Park electrical industry.
He has worked with Milbank, Eaton and his agency Electrical Professionals prior
to joining Utility Supply Group in 2013. Paul is based in the Kansas City, MO sales
office and is Wade Elliott's right-hand man. As the Senior Sales Engineer, he is
instrumental in helping customers with sales, technical support and providing
electrical layout designs for parks. He is in charge of new product development
and marketing. He also participates in most trade shows and has provided
seminars nationwide.

Wade is the founder and owner of Utility Supply Group headquartered in
Kingston, WA. Wade founded Utility Supply Group in 2001 as a distributor of
electrical, gas and water utility supplies to RV Resorts and Manufactured Housing
communities throughout North America. Wade is a primary member on Code
Making Panel 7 of the National Fire Protection Association's National Electric Code
panel and is a member of the Underwriters Laboratory Standards Technology
Panel 231, (Power Outlets). Additionally, Wade sits on these panels as a
representative of the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds. (ARVC).

Shelley Walker has been working for the company for 5 years now. As an Office
administrator, Shelley does daily office duties which include accounts payable and
account receivable invoicing for vendors and customers. She also helps Wade with
different projects from time to time. She is also here to be a help with Customer
Service needs as needed.

Kate is our Web, Social Media and Sales Coordinator. As our Web
Coordinator she manages the content you see on the USG website, processes
online orders, manages the USG social media presence. She can help you with any
website related questions. She is also responsible for the daily processing of most
sales orders, freight shipments, and marketing. If you would like to give us a shout

Julianne is a Sales Advisor in our Washington office. She began her Sales
career while still a student at George Fox University. Since then she has gained
experience in not only Electrical Supply Sales but in Web hosting. She loves a
challenge and wants to help you find the right solutions for your business. Thanks
to her great listening skills and industry knowledge she is a great point of contact
for any of those big product decisons.
