All things considered–food quality, price,
ethos, atmosphere and service–I believe Castle
Farms to be among the best restaurants in
Lexington. But don't take my word for it, jump
on Open Table and make a reservation. But do
it quickly, because as a 40-seater restaurant it
sells out quickly, and as Chef Walls continues to
work his magic, tables will only become more
scarce.
