Our award-winning restaurants are committed to the freshest, most natural ingredients that make our menus shine. At Tarpy's, our fresh, eco-friendly approach starts in our on-site organic garden where we grow vegetables and herbs, raise chickens for fresh eggs, and keep our own honey bees. At Montrio, we source much of our meat and produce from local purveyors, support farmer's market vendors and use their organic produce in our menus. We have also expanded vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free menu selections. At Rio, we partner with local producers to support our neighbors and reduce transport.
