Mom's will offer a queen bee and nucleus hive for $185, which customers can order through its website and pick up at select stores, including Alexandria and Herndon, Va., and Hampden and Rockville, Md. Beekeeping equipment, including bee suits, smokers, and hives, are also available at select Mom's locations. Mom's founder and CEO Scott Nash says the BeeSA partnership is an effort to rebuild pollinator communities and is part of "Mom's Purpose" to protect and restore the environment.
