O ne of the latest food spaces opening in Manhattan comes from the Urbanspace team, who like to say they "create immersive public markets where creativity and community flourish." The company, which also operates the Urbanspace at Vanderbilt food hall near Grand Central Terminal and runs several pop-up markets around the city for the year-end holidays, is known for bringing up-and-coming food brands together in high-traffic locations. The pop-up markets often include a mix of spe- cialty food purveyors, along with gift retailers and restaurant concepts.
