It's pretty easy to say,
but far more difficult to
achieve in practice. There
are many extraordinary things about the newly renovated
Adelphi Hotel in Saratoga Springs, New York. But for me,
the most extraordinary is that it manages to strike a perfect
balance between sophistication and comfort. It succeeds
in staying true to its long and storied tradition, but with a
modern twist.
