MS: For being a good person. I love
helping younger riders out. The
stuff you're blessed to have done
in life so far as your achievements,
those are all written down some-
where. You don't need anyone to
speak of those. It's the person
you are that is important. I would
hope that people would choose
to speak about me in a good way.
MS: It depends on what you con-
sider a maniac. I don't work out
as hard as I used to. I still work
out almost every day. I'll do an
hour of cardio today and then
after that I'll train another hour
with a personal trainer on endur-
ance training. It's very hard for
some people and some people
can handle it pretty easily. It's
not outrageous. I just do it every
day. The only time I might not do
it is on a Saturday if I have a lot of
mounts. I usually go at least five
or six days a week. Once you get
used to it, it's not that hard.
TDN: What would you like to be
remembered for? I imagine it's not
the girl's locker room incident in
grade school…
TDN: For someone your age, 52, you are renowned for how fit
you are and how you work out like a maniac. Take us through
your workout routine.
