THE TECH SIDE OF TECHNICUREANS
LG Electronics USA recently announced that its
expansive portfolio of WiFi-enabled smart appliances,
including Signature Kitchen Suite's entire line, are now
compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant,
making it one of the first major appliance manufacturers
to offer voice-connectivity to both services. LG already
offers the most extensive range of WiFi-enabled
appliances available in the U.S.A. today, with more than
100 SmartThinQ

appliances including refrigerators,
ranges, dishwashers, washers, dryers, air conditioners,
air purifiers, vacuums and more.
Now, thanks to Signature Kitchen Suite's smart
appliances, forward-thinking cooks can remotely preheat
their oven to simplify meal-preparation via voice commands
on their smartphone, receive mobile notifications that their
Signature Kitchen Suite refrigerator door has been left
open or even ask Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant to
make extra ice in advance of a dinner party.
"While the big news at KBIS was our sous vide, it's the
user conveniences made possible by the built-in technology
that has our Technicurean crowd talking," said Fuller. "Our
goal is to provide them with the ultimate, tech-connected
kitchen for today's serious cooks looking to leverage the
latest innovations for their best culinary experience."
