360 THE RESTAURANT AT THE CN TOWER Located in the CN Tower, at one time the world's tallest free-standing structure, 360 is 1,151 feet from the base (or about 150 floors high) and takes 61 seconds to reach via a see-through elevator travelling at 15 miles per hour. 360 provides a panoramic view because it rotates fully about every 72 minutes from where you are seated. I visited the restau- rant on a sun-splashed Friday night, which offered a wonderful look of boats on Lake Ontario, airplanes landing and taking off from an island airport, and a galaxy of lux- ury condominiums and noteworthy build- ings. Two floors below the restaurant is an observation deck that is free for restaurant patrons. 360's marketing slogan is "Canadian in- gredients, Canadian wine, Canadian view." This really is a Canadian experience through and through. It also features an award-winning wine se- lection of more than 550 international and Canadian wines from the world's highest wine cellar. 360 has a summer menu starting in May and a winter menu in November. The lunch menu ranges from a two- course meal for $60, three courses for $74, while the dinner menu ranges from $65-$79.
