Recognition and documentation of signs and symptoms of illness and injury, intervention, and evaluation of the intervention, techniques for assessment, administration of oxygen, use of specific immobilization devices, and preparation for transportation are other areas of the program. This program is a prerequisite to other emergency response programs. PROGRAM NOTES Students must earn a grade of "C" or better in all courses within the program. + indicates course has prerequisites and/or corequisites. EMT104 requires students to complete additional hours in a competency-based clinical, vehicular, and/or scenario based experience. Depending on the college, this may be completed through EMT104AB or
