Course Descriptions COLLEGE SERVICES & REGULATIONS Chandler-Gilbert Community College Catalog & Student Handbook 2018-2019 31 Student Identification Cards Student identification (ID) cards are obtained from the Enrollment Services Office, located in the Coyote Center at the Pecos Campus, or in Bluford Hall at the Williams Campus. The first card is free and can be obtained after payment of tuition and fees. The card is used to access many of the services on campus including the Library and Fitness Center and should be kept from semester to semester. Replacement cards can be purchased for $5 at the Fiscal Office, located in the Coyote Center, at the Pecos Campus, or the Aviation and Technology Center at the Williams Campus. Student Immunization Students who were born after January, 1957, and who were not immunized after 1968 are urged to seek immunization for measles/ rubella to safeguard their health and to prevent illness that could interrupt their educational plans. Students transferring to one of the three state universities must have up-to-date immunization records. All Arizona State Universities require immunization for admittance. Student Life and Leadership All students are encouraged to participate in programs and activities sponsored by the Office of Student Life and Leadership located in the Student Pavilion at the Pecos Campus and Bridget Hall at the Williams Campus. There are many opportunities to enhance classroom experience with co- curricular activities. These include leadership development, community service programs, cultural events, and an opportunity to participate in one of the many student organizations. LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT GET TING INVOLVED - LEADERSHIP RETREATS AND LEADERSHIP ACTIVITIES Leadership retreats are organized to increase students' leadership skills during the fall and spring semesters. Interested students are encouraged to call the Office of Student Life and Leadership. COMMUNITY SERVICE AND VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES Students are encouraged to serve and volunteer on campus and in the community in a variety of ways.
