Redstone wants its members to "Live Brighter!" This past year, we helped our membership do that in so many ways. In 2023, there were several updates and enhancements done to help members streamline and organize their finances. In July, we simplified the application process in online banking and introduced a new way to borrow. Members can now see if they prequalify for a loan, view refinance offers, and decide whether to apply without impacting their credit score. If you need a loan payoff letter, you can now print or share one from your loan accounts online – no need to call or visit a branch to get a payoff amount or letter. As we look for ward to vacations, remember that you can instantly get a new credit or debit card if yours is lost or stolen. Just walk into a branch and walk out in minutes with a new card. p. 5 | Sell Your Stuf f, Get Some Cash! p. 10 | New Branches Coming Soon p. 14 | Money Repair: Debt Depression Send your comment s, suggestions, or questions to: ASPIRE@REDFCU.ORG facebook.com/RedstoneFCU @redstonefcu Editor: Patricia Dedrick Lloyd TABLE OF CONTENTS 2 | r e d f c u.o r g Must be eligible for membership and open a share savings account to obtain any product or service.
