While every effort is made to properly represent our vast array of frame finishes, reproduction of the finish colors varies in the catalog. Discontinued finishes, if available, will be upcharged 10%. Non-standard finishes are priced per order. Hand-finishes are not available on all collections. These industry standards are reviewed every five years by the prestigious American National Standards Institute. The ANSI is a private, nonprofit organization that develops standards for products and services in the U.S., and coordinates American standards with International standards so that American products can be used world-wide. The final result? Outdoor Lifestyle submitted the Ashbury, Infinity, Portofino, Wilshire Chair (which offer the same frame as our Jazz and Florence Arm Chairs), Moda Arm Chair and Claremont Arm Chair for testing and all either met or exceeded the requirements of ANSI/BIFMA X5.1-2002.
