OUR Promise: EVERY STUDENT in Highline Public Schools is known by NAME, STRENGTH, and NEED, and graduates ready for COLLEGE, CAREER, and CITIZENSHIP. Dear Highline Community, This strategic plan represents the high expectations we share, and the unwavering belief we have in our students. Your input, gathered over many months, shaped the bold goals outlined in this document, along with the four pillars that form its foundation and the promise it holds for our children. I am so grateful for your participation in the creation of this plan. It is ambitious, but I believe that is just what our students deserve. We have laid out goals that, once achieved four years from now, will eradicate our achievement and opportunity gaps in Highline. Together, we are on a path to transform Highline Public Schools for generations to come. photo of kids Thank you for committing to this work and ensuring that our schools are places where each and every student is known by name, strength, and need.
