Warren will assume responsibility of Almo's financial division in addition to his current duties. This is another step in the company's long-term succession plan. Gene Chaiken will remain Chairman of the Board. ALMO EXPANDS SPECIALTY PRODUCTS TEAM BARRY COHEN & STEVE TERRY JOIN ALMO Almo Corporation, the major national appliance and consumer and professional electronics distributor, is pleased to announce that Barry Cohen and Steve Terry, both premium appliance market veterans, have joined the Almo Specialty Products team. The addition of Cohen and Terry is the first step in executing a new initiative at Almo Corporation focused on the expansion of Almo Specialty Products. Almo Specialty Products distributes premium appliance brands to the dealer and builder channels. "We are excited to bring on board two highly qualified industry executives to facilitate development of the Mid‐Atlantic, Southeast and Southern regions," stated Jay Penney, executive vice president, Almo Specialty Products. "Their experience and outstanding relationships with both manufacturer and dealer partners fits seamlessly with Almo's exceptional service business model. I look forward to working with them as we expand our business in this significant product category." BARRY COHEN Barry Cohen has joined Almo as its senior vice president, Almo Specialty Products. As one of the original members of the Hadco team from the late 1970's, Barry brings to Almo almost 40 years of experience in the luxury appliance business. Hadco represented premium and ultra‐premium appliance brands in 23 eastern U.S. states. Currently Barry resides in Naples Florida with his family. STEVE TERRY Steve Terry has joined Almo as Vice President, Almo Specialty Products. Steve brings to Almo over 35 years of industry experience, 16 of those as a Hadco executive. Steve and his family reside in Leesberg Virginia. Almo is investing in the on‐going expansion of Almo Specialty Products; therefore additional career opportunities are available.
