JULY 2014 RETAILOBSERVER.COM 39 MARTY TINDALL JOINS CLIMATIC HOME PRODUCTS AS VICE PRESIDENT TINDALL WILL EMPLOY HIS EXTENSIVE HOME APPLIANCE BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDING TIME WITH LG HOME APPLIANCES, TO HELP CLIMATIC EXPAND ITS BRAND OFFERINGS AND TERRITORY TO SUPPORT AND GROW THE LG BUSINESS Climatic Home Products, an appliance sales and logistics leader headquartered in the Southeast US, announced the addition of team member, Marty Tindall. Tindall will be joining the company as vice president of sales for LG, working closely with President, Doug Allen. "We are glad to have Marty on our team. Tindall has more than 30 years of experience in the major appliance industry, across multiple brands and channels of business. His background includes experience in the retail, distributor and manufacturer side of the business, including time with Electrolux Major Appliances and LG Home Appliances. In particular, Tindall has held key leadership roles on several national account and brand management teams and was instrumental to the successful launch of two major brands onto the national retailer landscape. NARI NAMES FRED ULREICH CEO Previous to joining NARI in September 2013, Ulreich was vice president of market development at Affinity Central International, developing innovative solutions for asso- ciations to create loyalty programs as a value-added membership benefit. In addition to experiences at ACI and Wells Fargo—where he focused on products for trade and alumni associations—Ulreich spent seven years as executive director at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the world's largest business organization representing the interests of more than 3 million businesses of all sizes, sectors, and regions. Ulreich replaces Mary Busey Harris, CAE, who was NARI's previous executive vice president. NARI is a professional association whose members voluntarily subscribe to a strict code of ethics. ZEPHYR HIRES RUSTY GIBSON AS REGIONAL SALES MANAGER EXPERIENCED MISSISSIPPI-BASED SALES-MAN JOINS ZEPHYR'S EXPANDING TEAM Zephyr is excited to announce that Rusty Gibson has joined the company as the new Regional Sales Manager. Formerly with Viking Range, LLC, Gibson brings more than 34 years of sales experience and a proven track record of success in appliance sales and marketing. Gibson began his career in sales with a small family owned automotive, appliance and home goods store in Winona, WS, where he eventually became a partner. He later joined Viking Range, LLC where Gibson spent 18 years climbing the ladder as national service manager, regional sales manager and vice president, sales. During his tenure at Viking Range, LLC, Gibson successfully managed the sales of major home appliance products and was an integral part of the company's growth. "I am excited to join the Zephyr team and be a part of a company that is constantly innovating and delighting its customers with new products and technology," says Gibson. "I look forward to building new relationships in this territory, while continuing to foster those solid connections that Zephyr has established over the years." In his new role, Gibson will be responsible for achieving top-line sales revenue and sales goals in his designated territories.
