The award recognizes the individual in the club who best exemplifies the qualities of outstanding sportsmanship, participation and dedication to the spirit of PCA driving events, either as driver or worker. Bob presented the 2014 Ron Kitchen award to Rudy Rodriguez. Rudy was recognized not only for the outstanding autocross events he has managed for last decade, but also his dedication to the KCRPCA and always willing to help when needed. Please stop by his Farmers Insurance office and say hi to Rudy. Thank him for all his years of service and great autocross events. I am sure he will have his trophy proudly on display. We want to extend a special thank you to our friends Dan Shearman and his wife Anita from Aristocrat Porsche who were able to join us for the evening. We are proud to have them as our sponsor of the annual Changing of the Guard dinner. This is always one of the most popular events of the year. If you were unable to attend this year, we hope you can join us next year. We received nothing but good comments about utilizing Darkhorse Distillery for the venue. We look forward to next year, and will make plenty of room for everyone. - STAN 1997 Joe Ennett 1998 Chris Tatman 1999 John Clark 2000 Alan Kendall 2001 Chris McIntyre 2002 Don Sebert 2003 Al Hess 2004 Eric Bretzel 2005 Greg Wright 2006 Sean Reardon 2007 Richard Bennett Ron Forristall (posthumously) 2008 Chris Blazer 2009 John Byram 2010 Bob Wayman 2011 Lin Burney 2012 Brian St. Denis 2013 Karl Wilen 2014 Rudy Rodriguez Honored Past Recipient of the Ron Kitchen Award Rudy Rodriguez Highlight of the evening, catching Karl Wilen having to get his 964 jump started by his KC Rennsport partner in crime, Wes - Editor.
