2014 IMPACT REPORT 23 The Redfield Legacy Society, named after H. Alexander (Alec) Redfield, was established to honor those who plan to contribute to the Adirondack Health Foundation through a bequest, trust or other gift from their estate. Alexander Redfield was a life-long summer resident of Lake Placid and he loved the region deeply. He left a generous bequest when he passed away in 1980 that continues to benefit the health and wellness of our region. Redfield Society membership allows your legacy of caring to shape the future of healthcare in our region. We are deeply appreciative of those who, like Mr. Redfield, have chosen to include the Adirondack Health Foundation in their estate planning. To learn more about the Redfield Legacy Society or to discuss your membership, please contact the Foundation Office. Realized Gifts Florence D. Ackerman Irene R. Benedict Arthur G. Bosworth Martha H.
