enormous complexity of running such a
large event, everything went off without a
hitch maximizing the fun for everyone.
March weather can be a bit blustery in
south Texas, and the gang had to deal with
rain most of the day Saturday but that did not
hamper our ability to enjoy this marvelous
facility. The track surface is so clean and
smooth it seems to polish your tires in every
run session. The track has multiple places
to get your car up to its top speed capability
and very challenging "twisty" parts as
well. Generous run off areas designed to
contain F1 cars make this a safe place for the
amateurs. It is a photographers dream with
the red, white and blue painted track edges
setting off any car color.
If you have a chance, make the trip. It is
worth it.
