IT'S ALL ABOUT THE mARkEtIng Buying or selling real estate in the Lake Area is as simple as matching the right buyers and sellers. The difficult, but manageable, key is in determining and selecting the most effective and efficient ways to reach buyers and sellers for each type of property. We have been marketing real estate in the Lake Area for many years and we understand the right combination of marketing efforts to be successful. We use a number of marketing tools including: OUR pRO-ACtIVE wEB SItE. Every Realtor has a web site. However, not all sites work well in our unique community. We are proud to have developed a web site designed to fit our market and at the same time, its easy for buyers and sellers to traverse and, it provides them access and information on virtually everything they want and need to know. dAtABASE And dIRECt mAIL mARkEtIng. We possess and maintain an extensive database of clients who have bought or sold real estate or searched the marketing for just the right property for their needs. In addition, we have access to the complete property owner database of the three Lake Area counties of Camden, Morgan and Miller including primary residents and non-resident or second-homeowners. We also have access to mail addresses and e-mail databases for virtually the entire country including the demographic and Physiographic data. mLS SERVICES. Every property listed with Pinnace Real Estate is placed on Multi List Service for all other Realtors® to access and show these properties to their clients. BROChURES. During the course of the year we produce electronic and printed brochures on selected properties as necessary to tell the story on a particular piece of property. The brochures are sent to potential buyers and other Realtors® in the market. CLASSIFIEd AdS. For selected properties, the traditional printed classified ad along with electronic classified listing represents still another viable source to market a particular property. REAL EStAtE pUBLICAtIOnS. There are several FREE real estate publications in the greater Lake Area designed to help reach buyers visiting the market during the season and off season. These publications are also distributed at various shows in metro markets as well as at local events.
