William Stanco has been an investigator on the staff of the House Appropriations Committee from 2002 to 2011. Prior to taking that position, he spent thirty-one years with the General Accounting Office. In addition to his degree in accounting from Quinnipiac University, he has a master's degree in congressional studies from Catholic University.
