The position is located on our Lethbridge campus and requires an individual who holds a PhD or is at the latter stages of completing a doctorate. The Faculty of Management values both research and teaching excellence. We offer a 13 week se- Position in Organizational Behavior mester, fully paid study leaves, a 2/2 course load for research active faculty, a research based Master's program and small class sizes. The Faculty of Management consists of approximately 60 faculty members with diverse research interests and approximately 2500 students across three campuses (Lethbridge, Edmonton and Calgary). Strong international exchange programs are in place for both students and faculty. The Faculty is part of the University of Lethbridge which has approximately 8000 students from 37 countries.
