Duke University Dean The Fuqua School of Business Duke University invites applications and nominations for the position of Dean of The Fuqua School of Business. The school is a major center for research and management education with a daytime MBA program, four executive MBA programs (Cross-Continent, Frankfurt-Goethe, Global and Weekend), a Ph.D. program and open-enrollment executive education programs. The Dean of The Fuqua School of Business is its chief academic and administrative officer and is responsible to the provost and the president for leadership of the school. The Dean must have a commitment to further the educational and research goals of an elite professional school within a major research university. The Dean must be a visionary leader able to develop, articulate and execute strategies to accomplish the school's goal of leadership in management education and research worldwide. He or she should be able to develop a relationship of mutual respect with all of the school's partners, including faculty, students, staff, alumni, university leaders, corporate supporters and donors. John Massey School of Business Assistant Professor of Finance The Southeastern Oklahoma State University John Massey School of Business invites applications for the tenure track position of Assistant Professor of Finance. The John Massey School of Business is accredited by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) and is in process of achieving AACSB International accredita- tion for the undergraduate and MBA programs. The John Massey School of Business includes Departments of Accounting and Finance, Management, Marketing and General Business, the Aviation Sciences Institute and the MBA program. Founded in 1909, Southeastern Oklahoma State Univer- sity enrolls approximately 4,200 students in 47 undergradu- ate and 7 graduate degree programs. The campus is located in Durant, Oklahoma, 80 miles north of Dallas, Texas, and 150 miles southeast of Oklahoma City. Southeastern Okla- homa State University serves as the state headquarters for the Oklahoma Small Business Development Center. Candidates are expected to have completed the Ph.D. in Finance. ABDs with a reasonable expectation of comple- tion by January, 2008, will be considered. Preference will be given to candidates with a record of published intellec- tual contributions as defined by the AACSB International accreditation standards, demonstrated teaching skills, and relevant professional experience. Teaching will be at the graduate and undergraduate level. Preference will be given to candidates who can teach in several areas of financial management, such as working capital management, capital investment, and risk management. Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The appointment will begin in either Janu- ary, 2007, or August, 2007.
