Frank Hipp Distinguished Chair in Business Administration. The Citadel holds AACSB accreditation at the Baccalaureate and MBA levels. The Chair holder will be a distinguished senior executive with a successful history of significant leadership responsi- bilities in a complex organization. Academic qualifications require a master's degree or equivalent. The successful candidate will hold the chair for three consecutive years initially with the potential for extensions of one year, upon annual review by, and at the option of The Citadel. The Hipp Chair holder will be expected to stimulate collabo- ration between the business community and The Citadel.
