Executive Directors Graziadio School of Business and Management Executive Director - Fully Employed Programs Oversee the direction of the Graziadio School of Business and Management's (GSBM) fully employed degree programs. This position will have the direct accountability and responsibility for these programs as a business unit. Provide the direction of delivering high quality fully employed programs that develop values-centered leaders and advances responsible business practice through education that is entrepreneurial in spirit, ethical in focus, and global in orientation. Qualifications: Master's degree in Business, Education Leadership or related discipline required. Doctorate in related discipline preferred. Ten or more years experience in educational leadership preferred; however, related management/leadership experience will be considered. A successful candidate will be intuitive, a self-starter, personable, a team player, articulate, values-centered and a consensus builder. Executive Director of Recruitment and Corporate Relations Supervise and lead recruitment staff who recruits students to The Graziadio School of Business and Management part-time degree programs for working professionals, including the FEMBA, BSM, MSML and MSEN programs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; at least 5 years of demonstrated success in corporate sales management, or 5 years of successful higher education admissions/recruitment management and leadership experience required; effective business planning (strategic- thinking) and implementation (tactical) skills required; Results-driven personality required; strong consultative selling, relationship-building and networking skills required; excellent analytic skills required; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems required; strong commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction required; MBA or Master's Degree in Organization Development preferred.
