I. Mileage Benefits A claimant is entitled to mileage reimbursement for travel to and from medical visits (but normally not to pharmacies), as well as for travel expenses incurred in vocational rehabilitation. The employer is not responsible for mileage reimbursement for time spent marketing, unless done in a vocational rehabilitation setting. The present mileage rate (as well as historical rates) can be found in the table located here.
