Failure to report incarcerations, change in earnings, remarriage, change in student status; recovery of payments procured by fraud, misrepresentation, or unreported change in condition. 18. 19. Disability is not causally related to accident or disease. Disability or medical treatment is related to an intervening incident. 20. No medical evidence establishing causation or disability. 21. Idiopathic incident (e.g. accident caused by a personal medical condition with no increased risk posed by the employment). Psychological injury not compensable (unless it is the result of a physical injury or sudden shock or fright arising in the course of employment). 27.
