Corporate Description Since 1906, the Everlasting Valve Company has been manufacturing valves for severe service applications. What started as a steam boiler blowdown valve has grown to a range of valves designed to handle abrasive slurries and dry abrasive solids. Markets Served Everlasting Valve's customers stretch worldwide in various markets including boiler blowdown for packaged boiler systems; Portland cement; coal fired power plants handling fly ash and bottom ash; petroleum production and refining – FCC catalysts, coke; inorganic chemicals such as titanium dioxide and gypsum; chemicals, resins and catalysts; coal gasification and liquifaction; synfuels and many other areas where the handling of abrasive solids and slurries is critical. Facilities Every Everlasting valve is built using computerized and robotic equipment by trained technicians, assembled and tested in our ISO 9001 certified facility in South Plainfield, New Jersey USA. Major Products The Everlasting flat rotating disc air cylinder actuated Bulk Material Valve (BMV) was designed for vacuum to 100 psig systems including dense and dilute phase pneumatic conveying systems for transporter fill valve, discharge, vent applications, transfer lines, under baghouses, silos and dust collectors. Sizes range from 2" through 14" including 5"; cast iron sizes 2" through 8" available from stock. Two BMV Valves installed in a wye fitting becomes an effective diverter. Everlasting flat rotating disc Diverter Valves can be switched on the fly and be used for slurries and dry powders The Diverter Valve is available in cast iron or fabricated of Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel or other alloys with manual, air cylinder or electric actuation in sizes 4" through 12". The Everlasting two-way flat rotating disc Process Valve is used in dry powders or slurries of erosive media. This valve is suitable for handling abrasive particulate in temperatures to 1500o F and pressures to 10,000 psig in sizes 1" through 18". Air, hydraulic, positioned and electric actuators are available. Everlasting Boiler Blowdown Valves are manufactured to the ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code and are available in sizes 1" to 2 ½", cast iron or carbon steel, and pressure classes 250, 300 and 600 lbs.
