"I feel much more confident, happy and lighter!" she says with a laugh. "My parents, husband and kids have been my cheering section, and they have all told me how proud they are of me." "I think the biggest thing I've learned is to cook differently," Jami explains. "Healthy foods are good when you use the right spices and seasonings, and you don't need all the sauces and gravies!" And despite all of the support and encouragement Jami has received thus far, we bet her cheering section is about to go wild: Her final weight-loss goal is just one week away. MT S Ideal Protein program participants receive individualized support as they venture into new lifestyles. A wide variety of Ideal Protein meals and snacks are available on site.
