ROASTED ROSEMARY PARMESAN
POTATOES
INGREDIENTS
• 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved or quar tered if large
• ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
• 2 tablespoons ex tra-v irg in olive oi l
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 2-4 tablespoons f reshly chopped rosemar y
• kosher salt to taste
• f reshly ground black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400º. Add potatoes to bak ing sheet. Toss w ith
olive oi l, garlic, and rosemar y and season generously w ith salt
and pepper.
2. R oast approx 30 minutes unti l cr i spy, stirr ing occasional ly.
3. Add more rosemar y spr igs for ser v ing.
