CHIPOTLE COLESLAW
INGREDIENTS
• ¼ cup mayonnai se
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 2 tablespoons sour cream
• 1 teaspoon lime zest
• 2 tablespoons f resh lime juice
• 2 teaspoon red w ine v inegar
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon ground pepper
• 1 can chipotle chi le peppers in adobo sauce, f inely chopped
½ cup minced f resh ci lantro
• 1 (16- OZ.) pack age shredded coleslaw mi x
THE DETAILS
W hi sk together f irst 9 ingredients. Add coleslaw mi x and
chopped ci lantro, and stir unti l coated.
