had a greater connection to horses.
As we lose our countryside, people
lose contact with them and they be-
come foreign to people. So, we have
to get them in the door through ex-
citing or entertaining things. Dev-

example, which focuses on fashion.
They have an amazing hat contest, a
fashion sweepstakes, celebrity judg-
es and we make a day of it. We get a
lot of women through the gates that
didn't know they wanted to come see
a horse show, they wanted to enter
a fashion contest. Then they see the
