Beth is a certifi ed personal trainer through both National Academy of Sports Medicine and American Council on Exercise. Certifi cations & affi liations:TRX, Ultra Slide, Cycle Reebok, Reebok Flexible Strength, Slide Reebok, Powerhouse Pilates Mat, Precision Cycling, Shockwave, AEA, Hydro-Fit, BogaFit, American Heart Association CPR & AED, and a member of American College of Sports Medicine. Personal Training Certifi cation Instructor & proctor at W.I.T.S Morton Grove resident who has been with the Morton Grove Park District since 2004. She is a certifi ed W.I.T.S Personal Fitness Trainer with a specialized certifi cation in Longevity Wellness. In addition she holds a number of teaching certifi cations. A few being Fitness for Parkinson's disease, Exercise and Multiple Sclerosis and Chair Exercise for Functional Fitness. Certifi ed in Sports Nutrition and High Performance Core Conditioning as well as Running Technics and teaches two senior Fitness classes weekly that involve stretching, balance, strength or endurance and cardio. Kathy is an ACE certifi ed personal trainer and life coach with a Master's degree in Psychology from National Louis University. Kathy has worked in the fi tness industry over 25 years. As a fi tness leader, she introduces people of all ages how to begin the practice of daily exercise and help achieve fi tness goals. She has been in the fi tness, health and wellness since 1975. She has taught classes of all types, including aerobics, water fi tness, core and more, chair exercise, stretch classes, and more. She works with people of all ages, one on one and in small groups. Certifi cations: Senior Specialist certifi cation from NIH, and personal trainer. She is committed to the idea that health and wellness includes not only exercise, but all of the Six Dimensions of Wellness, which are physical, mental, spiritual, social, emotional and vocational. She looks very forward to working with everyone in Morton Grove. Chris Darga holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois in Chicago and an ACE Personal Training certifi cation. At UIC, he learned how to program and train all ages and demographics of people for whatever goals they may have. Chris has worked with many people who have had a range of diseases and injuries. There is no person he cannot train enjoyably and Chris is entirely confi dent he can help you achieve your goals. "All you need to exercise is here.
