Their mission is to provide educational events, sustainable initiatives, cer tification exams, and chef demonstrations at local schools. Honorees included Chef of the Year Tony Baker and Purveyor Sysco San Francisco. The event raised over $32,000 for the Marc Vedrines Culinary Scholarship Fund.
