The art of puppetry has
always been much more
popular in Europe than in
the US. Drapkin spent
many years as a puppeteer,
creating and inhabiting
characters such as this
delightful bee that plays his
horn to the tune of "Flight
of the Bumblebee." He is a
natural storyteller, and he's
translated that skill into
communicating through
puppetry and sculpture.
