The restaurant is built on the main floor of the historic Central Feed building, constructed in 1916. The building's
utilitarian dark red brick, timber and black steel beams are highlighted in the restaurant design. A bar serving
Big Spring Brewery microbrews on tap surround a central freight elevator that spans three levels.
