Electronic counter-filler
Sky Softgel 527SQ electronic counter-filler handles tab-
lets, capsules, and softgels and is ideal for high-through-
put solid dosage form bottle-filling lines. Quad-head
counter-filler features a feed screw that moves bottles
through the counter using less space than typical quad-
head counters. Unit has 32 channels and fills as many as
200 100-count bottles per minute.

Electronic tablet counter
Street Fighter 200 electronic tablet counter accommodates
a range of container sizes and shapes and handles tablets,
caplets, capsules, and softgels. Counter's servo-driven feed
screw bottle indexing system handles up to 240 bottles per
minute. Unit uses 10 independent vibrators that minimize
traveling distance for tablet control. Features include
motorized tray angle adjustment, self-calibrating reading
sensors, a gentle gating system, an integrated vacuum reject
star-wheel, reduced parameter settings, programmable rec-
ipes, compliance with 21 CFR part 11, and quick, repeat-
able changeover. Options include low-count trays (1 to 10
tablets), small tablet trays (2 to 3 millimeters), a tablet ele-
vator, a vision quality control system, a static elimination
device, and the MiniFighter model tablet-top counter for
equipment validation.
