current text, please include a short list of the course goals

Many of our teacher resources or references and audio and
video components are not available for sampling.
To qualify for an examination copy, instructors must have
more than 10 students in the designated course for which
the book would be a required text. Programs qualify for 1
desk copy for every 10 students.
