With the ownership change, executive chef Brian Bowden now
oversees all three restaurants. The focus at Fish at 30 Lake is
obviously on freshness and quality—and the oysters, lobster, or
crab cocktail will certainly assuage any feelings of being land-
locked in Upstate New York. The small bar features a solid cock-
tail program and rotating drafts offering very good local brews.
There's also a Chef's Table option for a particularly special din-
ing experience.
